TECHSPEC 45° AOI 1λ Fused Silica Windows are precision manufactured from UV-Fused Silica substrates, with an anti-reflection coating optimized for a 45° angle of incidence. Compared to traditional AR-coatings, which are often specified at a 0° angle of incidence, these windows offer superior transmission at steep incidence angles, making them an excellent choice for use as protective windows. Offered in a VIS (400-700nm) or NIR (700-1100nm) coated option, and in square or circular form factors, these windows are able to be used as protective windows or as beamsplitter compensation plates in interferometer systems.
