FluoSens Go Fluorescence Detectors are an ultra-compact confocal fluorescence detector designed for precise measurement of optical signals at specific excitation and detection wavelengths. These detectors support simultaneous detection of two fluorescent dyes and offer high sensitivity, down to picomolar concentrations, across a broad range of applications in both fluorescence and reflectance modes. Featuring an adjustable 6 – 24mm detection distance, the sensors easily integrate into optical benches, in-line or on-line systems, and can be used with fluids or solid surfaces without direct contact. FluoSens Go Fluorescence Detectors are equipped with low-noise, long-term stable sensors and optimized with filters and excitation sources for common configurations, including FAM/ROX, HEX/Cy5, and UV/FAM. With a robust metal housing, USB connectivity, and no moving parts, the FluoSens Go provides an ideal, durable, easy-to-use solution for professional research applications.
