Zinc Selenide Infrared (IR) Focusing Objectives are designed to provide maximum coupling efficiency between the output from an IR source and a single-mode or multi-mode transmitting fiber optic. The aspheric design provides a focal spot smaller than the fiber core diameter, allowing for precision alignment without negatively impacting transmission between the objective and fiber. Zinc Selenide Infrared (IR) Focusing Objectives are available with a broadband anti-reflection (AR) coating for 2 - 12μm, and are ideal for a range of fiber coupling and IR focusing applications.
