As Product Support Manager, I oversee our Product Support Engineers in both our Tucson, AZ and Barrington, NJ locations. It is a great opportunity to be able to lead Edmund Optics’ primary group of technical sales representatives as they interact with customers on a daily basis. I am dedicated to improving training and internal processes so our team can respond to the customer as effectively and as efficiently as possible. At Edmund Optics, we are always striving to provide the best possible customer service.
Greg Wolf is the Product Support Manager and is located in Edmund Optics' Tucson, Arizona, USA office. He also held the positions of Engineering Intern at the EO Barrington, New Jersey, USA office and Product Support Engineer at the EO Tucson Arizona, USA office. He received his BS in Optical Engineering, BS in Engineering Management, and MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, USA.
