NI IEEE-1394 FireWire Driver/Board-Driver Combos

For maximum bandwidth of high-resolution megapixel cameras, the NI FireWire and Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) capture cards are capable of 400Mb/s and 1000Mb/s respectively, to transmit data from large sensors at high frame rates. The NI FireWire and Gig-E capture cards each use a single cable to transmit both data and power. Many Firewire and Gig-E cameras have a second port, for daisy chaining multiple cameras into a single capture card connection. Plug-and-Play connections make setup, and image capture quick and easy. Both capture boards include NI Vision Acquisition software that allows for image capture and basic image controls, such as brightness and contrast adjustment. For measurement applications, consider using the NI Vision Builder software. Compatible with Windows® 2000/NT/XP operating systems.
