InfiniProbe™ TS-160 Video Microscope

Capable of transforming almost any machine vision or DSLR camera into an ultra portable continuously-focusable microscope, the InfiniProbe TS-160 Video Microscope redefines on-the-go adaptability. Ideal for many industrial, biological, and forensic applications, the InfiniProbe TS-160 is a universal lens system that covers up to a 35mm sensor, focuses from 18mm to infinity, and accepts 25mm filters. When not being used in the field, the InfiniProbe TS-160 can be mounted to stands and fixtures for lab use. Both 0 - 4X macro and 0 - 16X micro objectives are available to fit your application’s needs.

The InfiniProbe TS-160 Video Microscope’s patent-pending design is a truly unique optical system. Never before has a lens been available with as broad a focusing range (18mm to infinity), while providing up to 16X magnification and covering 35mm (24 x 36mm) sensors. What’s more, the InfiniProbe TS-160 is compatible with the CentriTel Compressor/C, enabling the translation of focus from a fixed position with minimal magnification change.

An integrated adjustable iris diaphragm provides depth of field and aperture control. Similar to the iris in a microscope’s condenser, the InfiniProbe TS-160’s variable iris also allows for user control of contrast. After focusing, the variable iris is used to set the point in which contrast and resolution appear best matched. To control depth of field, adjust the distance between the lens and the object.

Optional T2, C-Mount and mounting clamp with ¼-20 and M4 taps are available to easily adapt the InfiniProbe TS-160 to a variety of mounting configurations. The main body and an objective are required for operation.
