Telecentric Backlight Illuminator

The TECHSPEC® Telecentric Backlight Illuminator uses optics to direct light from a fiber optic light guide or LED onto an object, producing a high contrast silhouette. The TECHSPEC® Telecentric Backlight Illuminator increases edge contrast and measurement accuracy by decreasing diffuse reflections from the object under inspection. Based on design principals of our TECHSPEC® Silver Series Telecentric Lenses, this illuminator substantially increases illumination, compared to a standard backlight, at nominal working distances. Compatible with 1/4" fiber optic light guides or 0.312" LEDs.
