Duties:

• Provide technical product support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Provide customer support for product applications
• Support the customer in obtaining the full complement of products needed to meet their applications
• Handling incoming customer calls for custom optics, with the use of the EO RFQ tool
• Participate in projects to support Marketing & Sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Physics preferred
• Two to four years of work related customer service skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Proficient in Active Listening
• Must use Critical Thinking/ Deductive reasoning
• Ability to service customers with catalog products
• Ability to provide technical support for EO products
• Ability to review, edit and draft technical documents such as product specification sheets, application notes
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems
• Analyzing Data or Information
• Supports PSS
• Must work Independently
• Must have a high stress tolerance
• Requires minimal supervision and direction
