Meet the Corporate Directors

Robert Edmund, son of founder Norman Edmund, is the President and CEO of Edmund Optics Inc. Robert also serves as Chairman of the Edmund Optics Board of Directors. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Business, Robert has served on several outside boards including University of Arizona’s Stewarts Labs, ETEC Inc., and the Direct Marketing Association. He is widely regarded as an expert in the direct marketing industry.

Carmen Conicelli, a Certified Public Accountant, is the CFO of Edmund Optics Inc.  Carmen attained his accounting degree at Drexel University and has worked at such well-know companies as VWR International, Safeguard Business Systems, Lotus Development Corporation and IBM during his career. He also serves on the Board of Directors for CDEX Inc., a publicly held corporation headquartered out of Tucson, Arizona and serves as a board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of Financial Executives International.

Samuel Sadoulet is the Vice President of Engineering and R&D. Samuel holds a MS in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona and is also a graduate of the University of Rochester. Samuel’s responsibilities cover a wide range of engineering disciplines including new product design, custom design services, application engineering, quality assurance and applied R&D. He is a member of OSA, SPIE and the Automated Imaging Association.

Marisa Edmund, daughter of CEO Robert Edmund, is the Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications. Marisa is Treasurer of the EO Board of Directors, a member of the DMEF Board of Trustees and a member of the SPIE Exhibitor Committee. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Business, Marisa’s expertise includes marketing communications, mail plan development and website strategy.
 

Allan Kreutzer is Vice President of Global Sales, coordinating and facilitating EO sales teams around the world. Allan worked in the optics industry for 35 years at several prominent companies, including Schott Glass Technologies for 10 years where he was Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and Heraeus for 21 years where he also was Vice President of Marketing and Sales. He has a BS in Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.
 

Stanley Oskiera is the Vice President of Operations and responsible for global inventory availability and service. Stan previously worked at such well-known companies as J&J and Tyco where he was instrumental in reorganizing global logistics. Stan holds a MBA in Finance from DeSales University and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Spring Garden College.

Walter Czajkowski is Vice President of Global Manufacturing and also serves on the APOMA Board of Directors. With experience at several optical manufacturing companies including Kodak Inc., Walter is a highly regarded expert in the optical manufacturing community. Walter holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
